Shipping of ordered goods
- We ship orders over 500 PLN free of charge
- The order will be processed immediately after the payment for the goods is credited to the Service Provider's bank account or after selecting the PayU payment - as of 01.05.2021 there is NO possibility of cash on delivery shipment!
- Orders within Poland are delivered via:
- DPD courier companies
- InPost Parcel Lockers
- Polish Post (Poczta Polska S.A.)
Order collection
- When receiving the shipment with the ordered goods, it is suggested that the Consumer check the shipment, or at least its external condition.
- The Seller reminds that according to Art. 791 of the Civil Code, as a result of payment of the carrier's fee and acceptance of the shipment without reservations, all claims against the carrier resulting from the transport contract (including those concerning liability for damage) expire. However, this does not apply to claims for invisible damage to the shipment, if the recipient notified the carrier within a week of receiving the shipment.
- In connection with the above provisions in paragraph 7, we suggest that in the case of mechanical damage to the packaging of the shipment or other damage visible from the outside, request the carrier to draw up a protocol indicating the damage. We also suggest that you always check the contents of the shipment and, if you find:
- mechanical damage to the contents of the shipment,
- discrepancy between the contents of the shipment and the subject of the Sales Agreement,
